We have made special arrangements with a couple of hotels in Utrecht:
Hotel Dom (****) is located just around the corner from the Utrecht’s famous Dom Tower. It combines its 18th-century exterior with contemporary designed public areas and spacious, uniquely decorated rooms. You can walk straight into Utrecht’s historic city centre. Sights such as De Oudegracht canal are within 5 minutes on foot. Suites are between € 150,- and € 160,- per night (depending on the total number of rooms booked for the conference), excluding breakfast, minibar and city tax. Hotel Mitland (****) is located a little further from the city centre, about 10 minutes by public transport (running every 10 minutes). The hotel has several restaurants and bars, a bowling centre and it is the only hotel in Utrecht with a swimmingpool and sauna facilities. Apollo Hotel Utrecht City Centre (****) is located in the heart of Utrecht’s city centre. To the rear of the hotel is the old city with its famous canals, subterranean vaults, museums, many restaurants and of course the tower of the Dom. To the front of the hotel is the Utrecht business quarter where you will find the Hoog Catharijne shopping centre and the Central station surrounded by a commercial area. NH Hotel Centre Utrecht (***) is set inside a charming historical building dating from the 1870s. The location of the NH Centre Utrecht could not be more convenient as you are within five minutes of shops, restaurants and the Dom tower. The bus stop just outside the NH Centre Utrecht hotel serves many lines that run to Central Train Station, enabling you to reach all of Utrecht’s attractions and those beyond in no time. NH Hotel Utrecht (****): nestled among historic canals and quaint streets, the NH Utrecht hotel provides guest with a centrally located yet peaceful urban retreat. It is located next to Central Station and only a 5-minute walk to a national treasure of the Netherlands, the magnificent Dom Tower. Park Plaza Utrecht (****) is conveniently situated near the Central Train Station Utrecht and is within walking distance of the city centre. Havaa Apartments offers studio’s (max. 1 person) and apartments (max. 2 persons). The apartments and studio’s are situated in the historical centre of Utrecht. The rate for a studio is € 99,- per night, per room, excl. 6% VAT and 5% City tax. The rate for the apartments is € 139,- per night, per room, excl. 6% VAT and 5% City tax.
